Having a strong connection with the Higher Soul is key for health, happiness and success. The purpose of spiritual development is to achieve oneness with the Higher Soul, also called Soul Realization or Enlightenment. This class teaches the student advanced meditations, mantras (words of power), and techniques that enhance this connection.
