• Attend the community healing clinic before meditation.

• Chairs and footrests provided, but feel free to bring anything else that would make you more comfortable.

The Prana Center is located in Suite F of the pink building between Over Easy and Mcdonald’s.

Parking: The public parking garage is conveniently located under Lani Huli senior residence at 25 Aulike St in Kailua. Parking is $0.75 per hour.
